Küstenhaus auf der Düne

This beautiful house with two cats and great views of the lighthouse, the village and the sea is located on top of the highest dune of Egmond aan Zee.

In case of being okay with climbing up those 55 steps to the house, you'll be absolutely rewarded! A nice complete house, providing a maximum of tranquility and space. It is suited for up to 4 people. Two cats are living here permanently. Therefore dogs are not allowed. 

Outside:  
From the living room you have access to the large terrace.  

You can linger during the day and until late at night on the sheltered terrace and enjoy the sea view. It is equipped with garden furniture and garden cushions and offers plenty of space for children to play. You also have your own garage (1.85 m high) in the parking basement of the building. An elevator also goes from the basement to your floor.

Küstenhaus auf der Düne is located close to the centre of Egmond aan Zee with an unforgettable view of the village and the sea. You can spend beautiful summer days inside as well as outside. For daily purchases, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fish and cheese store can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The fine seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee, with its family-friendly beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, offers a wonderful holiday feeling. The surroundings of Egmond aan Zee offer something for everyone.  Enjoy the varied landscape, the picturesque artists' village of Bergen, or the nearby town of Alkmaar for a day of shopping, for example. Hoorn, Schagen and Amsterdam are pretty close.  

Please note that parking in Egmond aan Zee is fee required from the end of October to beginning of March. Your private free parking space is in front of the house.
