Witte Jade is located on the first floor of the Sternflat residential building. An elevator takes you from the underground car park directly to your floor. The apartment is spacious, clear, open and exudes serenity. The amazing views of the sea, makes you feel like being on the beach. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is beautifully and elegantly decorated and has just been completely renovated. The lively town center with nice shops, restaurants and bars is around 400 m away. The North Holland dune reserve is just 200 m away. Your dog is very welcome. Because of hygienic reasons and respect for other guests, please keep your pets off the bed.

The hallway, which has a separate toilet room, leads to the modern living room with an open kitchen, dining area and siting area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering guests and has a dishwasher, combined microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is modern and very stylish. From the living room you can step out onto the furnished terrace and enjoy the view of the sea. Witte Jade has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double box spring bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 beds and a sea view. From both bedrooms you have access to the completely new and modern bathroom. The comfortable bathroom has a shower and a double washbasin.  

Outside: 
During the day and until late in the evening, you can linger on the northwest-facing, sheltered terrace and enjoy the sea view. It is equipped with garden furniture and garden cushions and offers plenty of space for children to play.

Witte Jade is located directly on the North Sea with an unforgettable view of the sea. You can not only spend beautiful summer days here, but also cozy winter days. For daily purchases, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fish and cheese store can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The fine seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee, with its family-friendly beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, offers a wonderful holiday feeling. The surroundings of Egmond aan Zee offer something for everyone.  Enjoy the varied landscape, the picturesque artists' village of Bergen, or the nearby town of Alkmaar for a day of shopping, for example. Hoorn, Schagen and Amsterdam are pretty close. You also have a parking card. The parking lot is located directly below the apartment.
