This detached, two-storey and modern holiday home offers a wonderful relaxation atmosphere! It has a sun terrace and is fully equipped. A parking space is also available. The house is surrounded by nature and offers pure tranquillity. Your pets are welcome, but please be considered and keep dogs off the beds.

Indoors
This modern designed apartment (80m² ) offers a wonderful holiday atmosphere! The bright and large dining and living room with a fire place provides you with a nearly 180 ° view of the garden and nature. The room contains a big table and a spacious cozy sitting area with TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything; for example coffee machine, toaster, etc. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor and a separate toilet downstairs.

Outside 
The large garden provides you with a trampoline, swing and slide and a lounge. The apartment is located on the edge of the dunes and is less than 2.5 km (walking distance) from the beach and 3.5 km from the cozy Egmond aan Zee away. 

Surrounding: 
The house is only a few minutes' walk (200 m) from the dunes away. You can comfortably cycle through the dunes (3 km) to the beach. You can also drive to Castricum aan Zee or Egmond aan Zee (5 km). There is a large supermarket in Egmond-Binnen (2 km). Haarlem is 25 and Amsterdam is40 kilometers away. Egmond has a real family beach with a length of 8 kilometers, so you can take long walks, while the kids look for shells. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself. You are also close to the picturesque artists' village of Bergen and the delightful town of Alkmaar, where you can spend a day of shopping. The surroundings of the apartment offer you nature and varied landscape.
