Beautiful new dune villa with its own sauna and terraced garden.

The luxurious Happy Days is equipped with private terrace garden and sauna. It is located directly in front of the North Holland dune reserve.  A supermarket, baker, butcher and fish and cheese store are all within walking distance. To the cozy seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee it takes only 8 minutes by bycicle. The path through the woods is just alluring  to walk into town. Egmond aan Zee has a very family-friendly beach, great restaurants and cafes with sea views, markets and shops of all kinds.

Through a hallway with a toilet to the right, you step into the spacious, bright living room, equipped with a beautiful, modern interior. The terrace is fully visible from the kitchen and living room. There is a dining area with a large table in the living room next to the sitting area. The modern kitchen, fully equipped for self-catering guests (stove, oven-microwave combination, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge-freezer) is attached to the dining area. From the living room a staircase leads up to the three bedrooms with the latest, comfortable beds, the second toilet and the bright bathroom with its own sauna. The entire dune house was built from high quality materials and is beautifully equipped down to the smallest details. There is really no lack of luxury here!
 
From the living room as well as from outside you get to a wonderful private terrace. Here you can comfortably eat and drink together next to your private dune. The park also has its own playground.
