The summer house Juliaan Egmond is the ideal family holiday home for 5 people, as it has the advantage that it is a little more spacious than the average summer houses in this area. It is a corner house and therefore has a large living room with an enclosed terrace. In addition, it is only a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to the North Holland Dune Reserve. The area around Egmond offers a variety of  . The cozy center of Egmond aan Zee with its many beautiful shops, diverse restaurants and cafés is also within walking distance. A visit to the historic Alkmaar or the artists' village of Bergen is also recommended. Hoorn, Schagen and Amsterdam can be reached by train from Heiloo (4km away) within 35 minutes.

You enter the house through a hallway, next to which is the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The living area consists of a sofa area with a 3-seater sofa and armchair, a dining area and a fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped for self-catering guests (stove with oven, refrigerator, Senseo machine and kettle). A staircase leads to the first floor to the 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (200 x 160 cm). One bedroom also has a single bed measuring 200 x 90 cm. Both bedrooms have a sink.

Outside:
You have a sunny private terrace to the northwest. There is a storage room for your bicycles. With the parking card you can park directly in front of the summer house.


Surrounding: 
Gestrand is located quietly and very close to the dune reserve, which is reachable within two minutes by foot. You can not only go for beautiful summer hikes here, but also for relaxing winter walks. For daily purchases, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fish and cheese store can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The fine seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee, with its family-friendly beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, offers a wonderful holiday feeling. Enjoy the varied landscape, the picturesque artists' village of Bergen, or the nearby town of Alkmaar for a day of shopping, for example. You also have a parking card.
