Vacation home for 8 people in Buitenplaats Horsterwold. Only 40 km from Amsterdam.

Lovely spacious vacation home, close to Amsterdam!

The house is located on a quiet vacation park just a 40 min. drive from Amsterdam. This lovely home is very suitable for families, friends, sports teams etc.  The location is very central in the Netherlands, so all attractions within short distance. There is lots to do in the vicinity!

The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. There are also 2 cribs and 2 highchairs. There are 3 parking spaces at the house. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, hood, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.

Downstairs there is one bedroom with a sink. In the hall there is a toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying rack is also upstairs. There is also a freezer here. In the garden there is a playground with 2 swings and 3 dummy bars, a trampoline, there is a 2-seater go-kart and some garden toys.

The entire house is at your disposal. There are 2 closets closed for private use (storage for cleaning). Guests have free use of the tennis courts, bocce court and outdoor pool at the park. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. Do you have a boat? It may be moored free of charge at the small harbor on the park.

The owners or host are happy to receive guests themselves between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. Approximately 1 week before arrival, the owner will contact you about your arrival time and you will receive directions.

Due to the quiet, remote location, travel by car is recommended. Public transportation is not recommended.


Tip: bring a bicycle to enjoy the many cycling routes in the area.


In Zeewolde you will find a center with stores and restaurants, several beaches and water sports facilities, a bicycle ferry to Ermelo, Het Erkemederstrand (dog beach) and a beautiful golf course.

In the area within 25 km: The Veluwe, Amersfoort, Harderwijk, Dolfinarium, Almere, Bunschoten/Spakenburg, Lelystad (Bataviahaven, Bataviastad, Oostvaardersplassen, Nature Park and Aviodrome), Walibi Biddinghuizen.

The Dutch coastal towns, such as Scheveningen, Katwijk aan Zee, Noorwijk etc. are about 1 hour to 5 quarters of an hour away.
